Isn't there any good news you can post to stop the stock from tumbling?

The company is trying to currently get through the share exchange and the cusip changes and I suspect more news should be coming out on the new alternative energy fuel cell deal they just signed.  Updates should be coming in the near future Ms. Hartman.  Thank you for your correspondance.   please feel free to get any other questions to us as you need them answered.

The simple answer is that there is more selling then purchasing of the stock.  in regards to Financing, InvestSource has not been made aware of any new financings for the company or any problems for the company in regards to financing needs.

According to sources, the market capitalization of this company is $4,485 after a recent reverse of 8000 to 1 in January. If these are still accurate figures there are approximately 44,850,000 shares outstanding in Raven Moon. We are attempting to contact the company for their response, but have yet to hear from them. On May 5th the company stated it's market cap as $150,169 on pinksheets.com. This would man that if they used the last trading price (.0002) on that day that they would currently have (aprox) 750,845,000 shares outstanding.  I will see if I can contact the company and get something more specific for you.  I hope that helps and keep checking in for the response!

The questions are all valid.  This question has been sent to the company as we are waiting a response.  On July 21 it looks as thought the company updated their share FLOAT to 85,000,000 per pinksheets.com.  We are still waiting for confirmation from our side on this as well.  The Outstanding shares have yet to be updated.  InvestSource has not heard of any fund raising activities the company is doing allthough, that doesn't mean that they are raising funds.  Once this information is updated from the company we will be diligent in posting a new post.

have you patented your prototype? Also when will you start releasing testing results on your website? Finally... do you have a picture of your facility, or perhaps a picture of the working prototype that could be posted on your website? Mr. Matulewic,  Thank you for your response, and currently your questions are being posed to the company and awaiting response.  Simple answer from a PR perspective is as follows though...Sympowerco (in our knowledge) has purchased the rights to sell the technology for the fuel cell and according to past releases (June 10, 8:30 am ET) they gave details on that prototype.  Test results will be addressed on a public forum (probably via press release or conference call to shareholders) as the company has always said I'm sure and  I am contacting the company now in regards to pictures for you.  If we get them, we will post them at the InvestSource Media section and the Sympowerco website.   Until I get an answer from the company unfortunately this is all the information I can get you.  Please feel free to respond or have others come into respond to get the company more involved.  Thank you for your inquiry!   InvestSource Staff

Matt, So sorry for the delay on this posting.  Veracruz is now on the markets for sale.  One home is completely done and the other has some finishings that are not done for purchaser options.  In regards to the spam issue, the short answer is no.  We worked with constant contact for a while as well as microsoft and nobody with the exception of governing bodies seems to care.  Constant Contact said they would get back to us and we've not heard from them in a long time and microsoft just simply simply didn't answer any requests.

Currently InvestSource is not retained by SympowerCo, but I spoke to the CEO Mr. John Davenport today and here is what was mentioned about your recent questions:
Mr. Davenport states, " First NPWS is not a competitor, they are in the micro fuel cell market, replaceable fuel cartridges, etc. They're talking about a hundred or two Watt-hours. We're taliking about powering small vehicles, not laptops. And we don't wan't any throw-away parts, cartridges, etc.  It will be 2 to 3 years before SYMW can anticipate multiple units in consumer hands for rigorous testing.  The Company hasn't made predictions about the potential size of our markets but we will be targeting golf cars, 3-wheeled taxis (tuktuks), backup household power supplies, charging stations, remote power backup, freezing temperature backups. "
