Matt, So sorry for the delay on this posting.  Veracruz is now on the markets for sale.  One home is completely done and the other has some finishings that are not done for purchaser options.  In regards to the spam issue, the short answer is no.  We worked with constant contact for a while as well as microsoft and nobody with the exception of governing bodies seems to care.  Constant Contact said they would get back to us and we've not heard from them in a long time and microsoft just simply simply didn't answer any requests.
