- Wind River Basin: In the last quarter of 2008 IDGLOBAL announced it had acquired a 10% Working Interest in G2 Petroleum’s 3,300 acres located in the prolific Wind River Basin. G2 Petroleum LLC of Midland, Texas, holds 3,300 acres of prospective oil and natural gas property in Freemont County, Wyoming. Geological reports provided to Force Energy provide an estimated recoverable reserve of approximately 4.3 Million barrels of oil for the Diamond Springs Prospect. Diamond Springs is located within the Wind River Basin Province of central Wyoming, which is estimated by the United States Geological Survey to contain 41 million barrels of oil, 2.4 trillion cubic feet of natural gas, and 20.5 million barrels of natural gas liquids.
- New Technologies: IDGLOBAL intends to exploit multiple aspects of the oil and gas markets. In addition to identifying and developing overlooked oil and gas assets, the Company has developed a plan to take advantage of emerging technologies. In addition, IDGLOBAL intends to leverage the experience of its management team to capitalize on emerging market trends and inefficiencies. For instance, the Company recently announced its intention to utilize a reengineered multi-stage gas compressor to heat crude oil to 300 degrees F and then inject this heated natural gas into heavy oil reservoirs to liberate additional heavy oil and gas. In early testing in wells in south Texas, this process has demonstrated the potential increases up to 30 to 1 over standard cold production techniques as well as netting out additional natural gas.
- Growth Strategy: IDGLOBAL’s growth plan calls for both further developing existing Oil & Gas properties and acquiring new licenses and properties. The company has recently committed to office space in the Midland Texas area and is starting to build out the Board of Advisors provide the expertise to expand and grow the Oil & Gas business. By pursuing this marketing model, IDGLOBAL intends to achieve a significant market presence by providing an aggressive plan in the Oil & Gas field additional providing a full set of security solutions to the world’s largest and most often compromised and counterfeited brand names and their parent corporations.
