In addition, MIS recently finalized financial and supplier contracts with Cardinal Health, one of the nation's leading manufacturers of medical supplies, whose annual revenues exceed $87 billion dollars.MIS will be expanding its bids to hospital companies nationwide. Large gains are also underway in the cosmetic surgery field, especially in facial aesthetics and breast augmentation, where product introductions from late 2006 are now beginning to bear fruit. As a result, Standard & Poor’s has raised its projected revenue growth range for the industry in 2007 from 11%-12% to 12%-13% (Source: Standard and Poor’s).

Physicians’ offices traditionally purchase medical supplies from companies that are able to consolidate their orders and provide the most advantageous pricing. MIS has created a new value-added business model, replacing the inefficient standard pattern reliant on the individual supply representative. MIS has launched its unique Physician Network System that consolidates all of the Company’s extensive services and provides a single point of access through its web-based platform. Representatives are still available for personal visits with physician, but now augment the system that provides 24-hour access and a host of convenient features that can be accessed outside of traditional business hours, allowing the Company to respond to its clients more efficiently and conveniently. MIS is also part of a 17,000 physician network for instant ordering via the web, with 24-hour delivery.
